Celebrate Halloween early with a special glow-in-the-dark Yoga & Beer (plus wine, champagne, and spooky cocktails) at The Gateway! Join our free class for killer james, giveaways, and more! Wearing white is encouraged for this special glow flow class. Yoga is free. Drinks are $5.
The Gateway and our newest fitness tenant, TruFusion, bring you YOGA & BEER, a weekly event to clear your mind. The talented yoga instructor from TruFusion will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional sipping and drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome.
Yoga & Beer classes will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 12 S 400 W, on the upper level from The Olympic Plaza.
