As the annual New Year’s Eve celebration Last Hurrah approaches at the Gateway, additional security measures are added to ensure more safety for attendees. Last Hurrah is the Gateway’s largest event of the year, anticipating over 25,000+ attendees to join in on the festivities. The event includes food trucks, buskers, DJs, 21+ bars, kid-friendly games, a vendor marketplace, and an explosive fireworks display to start us off in the new year.

Salt Lake City Police Department, Unified Police Department, and JRM Security in addition to the Gateway’s security will be onsite to ensure everyone in attendance feels safe.
