The Art Shop Project is a project The Gateway created to support local arts and re-purpose and fill up our vacant store windows (about a dozen of ’em). We bring them to life with temporary art installations from local artists and students—using all mediums (think Anthropologie, Fifth Avenue, and beyond).
Your work, along with your name and project description, will be on temporary display for during the Urban Arts Festival and through September. It’s an exciting opportunity that we are thrilled to share with our local artists.
The duration of the installation will be through September into October 2020 and as part of The Salt Lake Art Stroll, The Gateway would be able to offer the opportunity to open up your space to showcase and sell your other art pieces and projects.
Please submit application to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 8/26/2020. Selected artists will be notified soon thereafter. Installation must be complete on or before 09/11.
