Art Shop Project: Call for Submission Winter 2021-2022

The Art Shop Project is a project The Gateway created to support local arts and re-purpose and fill up our vacant store windows. We bring them to life with temporary art installations from local artists and students—using all mediums (think Anthropologie, Fifth Avenue, and beyond).

We’re so excited to be able to offer this opportunity for artists to utilize such a unique platform!

The duration of the installation will be from mid-November through mid-Feb kicking off during the Illuminate Light and Technology Festival. As part of The Salt Lake Art Stroll, The Gateway offers the opportunity every month to open up your space once a month to showcase and sell your other art pieces and projects.

Please submit your proposal to jbriggs@vestar.com and jbreslin@vestar.com no later than 10/25/2021. Selected artists will be notified soon thereafter. Installation must be complete on or before 11/11/21.
