Celebrate the holidays early at Holiday Flow Yoga & Beer. In this special holiday themed class, we will be serving up a hot cocktail, wine, beer and seltzers. Our talented yoga instructor will lead this series with a power flow yoga. All levels of yogis are welcome. Yoga is free. Drinks are $5.
