Introducing Shabu Shabu style dining, an Asian hot pot dish cooked in a broth served with sliced meat and vegetables, cooked in individual pots. This fun and healthy dish features your choice of fresh ingredients that can be tailored to individual tastes, with vegetarian and vegan options available in the salad bar station. Mr. Shabu will be located in restaurant row on the south end of The Gateway. Shabu style dishes are enjoyed in many Asian cultures and will be making its debut to downtown Salt Lake with the opening of Mr. Shabu.
