The Gateway, S&S and Downtown SLC Presents are excited to announce Last Hurrah 2019. This free event will be open to the public on New Year’s Eve, from 8 PM-midnight. Featuring live music on outdoor stages, as well as indoor games, food trucks and pop-up bars, Last Hurrah will be Utah’s largest countdown celebration.
The Main Stage will be headlined by The National Parks, with opening acts that include The Backseat Lovers and DJ Flash & Flare.

The Blocks Stage (on 100 South) will feature a diverse mix of local artists and cultural performers.

Draft beer, wine and hot chocolate will be served throughout the event. There will also be a plethora of bars, lounges plus game rooms with giant games and more.

The newly opened Punch Bowl Social will be open with no cover during the Last Hurrah, offering specialty cocktails, gaming and NYE menu.

Will be open late until 12:30 am on NYE with hot beverages and snack to keep you warm and cozy during the celebration.
The HallPass at The Gateway featuring SkinnyFATS will be open from 5 pm to midnight!
Dave & Buster’s will have Karaoke in one room that’s free to the public (in addition to the pop-up Karaoke Lounge at the Last Hurrah). Or revelers can go VIP at Dave & Buster’s for $15/per person includes Hot Coffee/Hot Chocolate Bar, two small appetizers (TBD) that will be set up buffet style, Unlimited Video Game Play and New Year’s Eve party favors. Make a hand-crafted noise maker at Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum from 7-9pm! Warm up in their Learning Center and let your little ones create a festive toy to ring in the New Year! This activity is free and will take place in the Learning Center located in the atrium on the ground level of Discovery Gateway. (Activity Available While Supplies Last)
Clark Planetarium will be staying open late with discounted movie tickets and free access to first floor exhibits. They are adding 8 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. shows in both their dome and IMAX theatre. Tickets will be $5.00 ALL day. Additional shows are:
