Multiethnic Performing Arts Festival

The Gateway is excited to collaborate with Salt Lake American in a celebration of cultural diversity! This event will be hosted on The Olympic Plaza at 400 W 200 S Rio Grande St.

Enjoy outstanding local multiethnic performing arts groups performing their acts in a free family-oriented festival to showcase performing arts and promote goodwill and mutual understanding through those acts. This event is both in-person and virtual and will be broadcasted for primarily an online audience here.

Performance Schedule:

11:00 AM Japanese Kenshin Taiko Drummers
11:30 AM Kadiji Wasuga – Somali Singer
12:00 PM Divya School of Dance from India
12:30 PM Keynote Speaker
12:45 PM Rob “Little Owl” Martin Native American Flute Player
1:00 PM Rinceori Don Spraoi Irish Dancers
1:30 PM Salt Lake Saints Jazz

Those attending in-person will need to abide by prevailing COVID-19 government health regulations. Masks are required and hand sanitizer stations will be available.
