Make a portrait piece of the famous Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, you are invited to join this fun, beginner-friendly class. We will explore Frida Kahlo’s life and works. You’ll be inspired to use painting and collage techniques to create your very own Frida-inspired work of art.
We’ll then move on to a self-portrait inspired by Frida Kahlo’s many “selfies”. If there’s time, we’ll finish with a fun, drawing exercise that will really get your creative juices flowing.
No experience is needed for this workshop. All materials are included!
